James “Jimbo” Sinclair launched his first business when he was just 15 years old and from his Nan’s spare room, and has since gone on to build an entertainment empire.
Employing over 300 staff, and with a forecast turnover of £10M+ in 2017, James Sinclair owns a series of play centres, childrens nurseries and entertainment farms.
He has recently co-founded the Entrepreneurs Network with Mark Creaser which has attracted over 200 business owners as members within the first 3 months of it’s inception.
An accomplished speaker, James is regularly invited to present to business audiences across the UK.
Along the way to his £10M turnover business he has produced a set of practical rules that apply to any aspiring entrepreneur from startup to multi-million pound operation, and he shares these willingly during this interview on Escape The Rat Race Radio.
In this episode you’ll learn…
‘Employment isn't the safest place to be, having your own business is far safer because you control your destiny’
‘I very quickly realised that if you swap time for money then you're never going to build serious wealth creation’
‘You can’t just build a business on entrepreneurial talent, you need management talent as well’
‘If you’re hungry for success and it’s all you think about, eventually you will find it’
‘Entrepreneurs seek opportunity’
‘Success leaves clues, and we want to follow those clues and expedite the process’
‘Residual income is the stress-buster of business’
‘Most people make a start, but
don’t consistently continue with it’
